1Acceptance of Terms
By registering, subscribing to, or accessing Scan4Dine services provided by B2Online, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a restaurant or business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
2Description of Service
Scan4Dine provides a digital menu software platform enabling restaurants to showcase digital menus via QR codes, manage food categories, dish availability, promotional banners, and calculate estimated dining bills. B2Online reserves the right to enhance, modify, or update features of the service at any time.
3Account Creation & Security
Restaurants must provide accurate, current, and complete registration details, including a valid mobile number and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Each restaurant account is restricted to single or multi-outlet use as governed by your selected plan.
- You must immediately notify Scan4Dine support of any unauthorized use of your account.
4Subscription Plans & Razorpay Payments
Scan4Dine offers free plans (Taste) and paid subscription plans (Mini Diffin ₹999, Mini Meals ₹1,499, Full Meals ₹2,499). All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately upon successful payment verification via Razorpay.
- All paid subscription fees are non-refundable once activated, except as required by applicable law.
- Upon plan expiration, access to active QR menus and admin management features may be restricted until renewed.
5Acceptable Use & Content Guidelines
You agree not to upload, store, or display content that is unlawful, offensive, deceptive, or infringes upon any third-party trademark or copyright. You retain full ownership of all food images, pricing data, and dish details uploaded to Scan4Dine.
6Service Availability & Maintenance
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for digital QR menus and admin dashboards. Scheduled maintenance windows or unexpected system upgrades may cause temporary interruptions, for which B2Online will provide reasonable prior notice where feasible.
7Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scan4Dine and B2Online shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost business revenues, service interruptions, or customer dining disputes.
8Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from or relating to the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
